12 Week Body


This package is for those clients are truly committed to working towards and reaching their goals within a specific time frame. Designed for anyone who wants to burn fat, build muscle and get in their best shape ever.

Your designated trainer will take you through your individualized programme specifically tailored to your needs and goals. They will keep you focused and motivated throughout the 12-week period – supporting you throughout. You will also meet with a nutritional adviser regularly to keep you focused on what you eat and how this affects your body, as it is vital that your exercise and diet works in tandem for optimum results.


  • 3 x 1 hour sessions per week with designated trainer
  • 6 x nutritional consultation and follow up meetings
  • 36 training sessions / 6 nutritional consultations in total


£1,800 - £2,700 depending on venue
