Our classic packages are designed for those clients who don’t feel able to commit to the three times weekly transformation packages and require a level of flexibility.
While we still recommend that clients aim for at least three times a week, we recognize that sometimes work and leisure commitments can make this difficult some times. For our frequent travellers we can also create a specific work out plan designed to keep you focused while away.
Our classic packages still offers a dedicated personal trainer who will focus on your specific requirements during a series of one hour sessions (to be used within six months of purchase).
The first session will always involve a detailed consultation so your trainer can create the perfect programme to work with you across your training course.
