Boot Camp


Our outdoor boot camps suits all levels and abilities. The focus is on making fitness fun, without any competition. It’s a great way to get out and meet new like-minded people – wanting to lose weight and/or shift their fitness levels up a gear.

Training methods include boxing, body weight exercises, Bulgarian bags, battle ropes and interval training.

If you are planning to enter a specific endurance event - e.g. Spartan Race or Tough Mudder - this is the perfect course for you.
